HOW IT BEGAN My father had a collection of programmes from shows he saw when stationed in London in 1944/5. I've saved the programmes from the hundreds of shows I've seen since Blue for a Boy in 1951. In 1966, as part of my 21st birthday present, Jill gave me the 3 old programmes shown here. Since then I've bought ones with appealing designs from antique stalls and later on eBay. I have a lot of programmes from the Palladium and Hippodrome because I find them particulary interesting. |
